“Impress.Your.Self” Event Recap

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending the “Impress Yourself Scholarship Mixer.” It was put on by A.Bevy Productions, which is a nonprofit organization that is all about change, progression, and growth. The money they raise goes towards scholarships for high school, and even college students. The recipients were announced at this event.

I had a blast! There was food, fashion, and even live performances. Here are a few of the highlights from the event in case you missed it.

There were a few photographers and a nice A.Bevy backdrop as soon as you walked into the event. This setup made me and my friends feel like A-list celebrities.

A few representatives from nonprofit organizations were there sharing their missions and asking guests to join their cause. Of course, PABPG was in the building.

Everyone looked fabulous! It was like being at a red carpet event. Guests may have dressed to impress themselves (hence the name of the mixer), but they also turned heads.

“Pieces of Confidence” was probably my favorite feature at the event. Guests were asked to write some words of encouragement on a puzzle piece that could help to boost someone’s confidence.

Can’t forget about the food! I was a big fan of the dessert table.

It was so difficult to fit the best moments into this one blog post. Shout out to A.Bevy for putting on an amazing, classy event. If you feel like you missed out, don’t miss the next one!
