Slaying In Layers

As winter approaches, everyone is trying to adjust their wardrobe to the crazy weather changes. One week it’s snowing, and by the next, it’s warm enough to wear short sleeves. It is important to make sure you are prepared for these unpredictable moments by dressing in layers. Check out these winter must-haves for easy layering all season long!

We can all agree that leggings are the most comfortable and convenient clothing in any season. But you may find it difficult to stay warm in cooler weather. Legwarmers are great to pair with leggings. Even long socks can be a substitute. Mix it up with fun colors and patterns so they will not only will they keep you cozy, but also add flair to your look! (Don’t forget to add boots!)

Nothing is trendier and warmer than a sporty leather jacket paired with a relaxed plaid flannel. If you get too warm you can always take off the plaid shirt and tie it around your waist and allow your leather jacket to handle the temp control. With this option, you’ll never have to worry about lugging layers around in your arms!

Does this one even need an explanation? Scarves and hats are the perfect way to spice up a simple outfit. Fuzzy infinity scarves will never go out of style and a hat always makes a statement no matter the weather. And when the weather goes bipolar on you, don’t worry! Toss them in your bag and keep it moving, pretty girls.

Last but not least, cute coats are a necessity! Just because it’s cold, it doesn’t mean that we’ve stopped caring about fashion! There are so many styles to choose from, so take your pick. Whether it’s a parka, pea coat, or fur coat, you are guaranteed to avoid the chills (and look cute while doing it).

Stay beautiful,
